Neither fish nor fowl? Wrong. In the Marchharts Restaurant, you can have both! We very traditionally serve fish every Friday, when we prepare selected daily specials for you. For example, we serve freshly caught trout, char or shrimp, combined with vegetables cooked either in a wok or Mediterranean-style. You can absolutely rely on the high quality of our cuisine.

What is on the menu on Fridays? For example, it could be grilled tuna steak with red Thai curry sauce or delicious octopus “Gröstl” (fried potatoes) with arugula and cherry tomatoes. Is your mouth already watering? Then we’ll be happy to book your reservation!
