Too much chilli? No problem! That is, if you know what to do about it. Don’t drink water under any circumstances; that only further distributes the water-soluble chilli substances in your mouth. Instead:

- Bite into a wedge of lemon
- Drink peppermint tea
- Chew some dry bread
- Let some chocolate melt in your mouth
- Eat yoghurt

These tricks will help you put out the fire fast!
